Beware! Company does not refund for returns! Does not return e-mails! Saint Catharines

I purchased an item from this company through Ebay, in the auction the seller net1auctions CLEARLY STATES refund within 7 days, I provided proof that the item was returned, I actually had refused it through UPS. I contacted the seller several times to make sure he received everything okay and that my refund would be processed, all w/no response. I then spent over a month waiting on paypal to refund the money through their dispute process. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT! THEY DO NOT REFUND AS STATED IN THEIR EBAY AUCTIONS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
