(Justnewdvds) RIPOFF -Beware!!!

Purchased DVD on ebay auction with buy it now. My payment was processed thru paypal. Received email from seller that DVD would be shipped shortly. That was three months ago and still no DVD.
Beware of this seller, he knows the system to where you are unable to use the pay pal protection program.
Beware. He is also not a registered user with ebay any longer so unable to put negative feedback.
He does not return emails.
