Don't send rebate cheques, honour rebates, answer email, or headoffice telephones

Company sells many items, sometimes with rebates. I bought product SC1000 with a $20 rebate and product SW5825 with a $15 rebate back on July 19, 2007. Promptly filled-in rebate form online, sent in all information and made photocopies of all information. Now almost 1 year later still no rebate cheque and no reply to emails sent to them directly or through their rebate inquiry website after many email sent to them. Don't buy products from these bums if there's a rebate, you'll never get it. it's sad they don't get their asses fined or sued for false advertising, breach of trust, breach of duty, and fraud. Save your money and hassle, buy from somewhere else!
