Ripoff, Took my money, never sent my xbox, or my refund! won't reply to emails or answer phone!

Beware of EBAY SELLER GREAT-SAVINGS!! I won an auction on Nov.15 paid as per his instructions. He emailed me stating that my item would be shipped and I would get a confirmation letter in 3days. After 10days I began trying to contact him. The only reply was that my item would be shipped soon. I waited 2weeks and began trying to contact him by email and phone-No replies. This was supposed to have been a Christmas gift. On Dec. 17 I filed a formal complaint as he did not respond to emails or phone calls. I also left negative feedback. That same day he left me negative feedback stating that the item had been shipped and he was not responsible. He lied-my xbox was never shipped because when he responded to my dispute he said sorry for the confusion-would you still like me to ship your item or would you prefer a refund. I told him I would like to avoid the refund process and if he could ship my item with in the week that would be great! This was on Dec. 27. He wrote back via the dispute and stated-Refund requested and processed! He never said how the refund would be made-whether it would go directly to me or if it would go throug BIDPAY (the original payment method). I wrote to him and asked that very question. No reply. Today is Jan 4-I still have NOTHING!! No Xbox and No Refund. I called my credit company and no refund has been posted as of today!! Stay Away from ANY dealing with EVAN DALLAS from SHERBROOKE, QUEBEC!! I am not the only one this guy has riped off-There are several more of us that are filing disputes and fraud complaints against ebayer GREAT-SAVINGS!!!
