William Perisa C/o ebay auction ripoff

10/7/04 Non-delivery of goods/services for ebay auction which ended 6/18/04. Item was an autographed Peter Forsberg COAvs puck.

Seller took paypal at first, then reversed payment. Told me to send personal check, which I did for $14.51 (item), $10.00 (shipping). He cashed check, and to this day, I have not seen the item. Went through ebay resolution processes, to no avail.
