Purchased an item from me on ebay, used a froudulant credit card. item has been sent at once.pay pal removed this indevidual from ebay & removed the frodulant payment as well. now i have no payment of $120.00 & no item. Quebec H1R 2A1

BINH LY won an auction of mine on ebay & made a payment with a frodulant credit card. with out hesitation the item was sent to the buyer at once, the buyer had even re-confirmed the adddress where the item was suppose to be sent too.

a day later payapl informed me that this buyer BINH LY used a froudulant credit card to pay for this item & the payment was removed from my accout at once. meanwhile the item has been already sent! at this time i am out of the item which cost $120.00 & no payment. i tried contecting these peaple, but the just hang up the phone.
please help.

i also, saw that this was done to a seller in UK at almost the same time as it was done to me.
