Ebay scam policy

It's all BS, all this nonsense of Ebay protection, I'm out a $140 Omega watch, Sellers beware if you ship to Germany and run in to a difficult transaction Ebay Germany policies are not the same as Ebay.com and Ebay.com will not support you. I receieved an empty envelope after waiting 25 days from shipment of a watch that was being returned, while Ebay Germany closed the case and the buyer got his full refund, I got an empty envelope, but, i had only 15 days to file an appeal on my item that took 25 days to get here. I'm not quite sure what i learned from this $140 dollar loss other then that, you could get screwed with Ebay beuracracy and you're left with a loss
