Rip off!!

I had asked for the free trial - and NEVER received ANY product at all! Then I find a $97 charge on my credit card for NOTHING!!! I have NO way of contacting them - every time you try to do anything from the prime webpage, it leads to nothing and I am now stuck with no product and a bogus charge for nothing!

I didn't even have the opportunity to say that I wasn't happy with the product since I didn't get any at all!! What ever you do - don't believe anything these guys have to say!
