RIPOFF - - NEVER DELIVERED YET STOLE MY MONEY!!

I ordered a $30 dvd from them and a month later i still had no dvd. I had paid through paypal so my money went to them almost immediately. I attempted to contact them through email and asked them to let me know the status of my shipment, yet they never responded.
Their info on Ebay.com says that they will ship within 7-10 days, and that after thirty days, if you don't receive it, you will get a full refund. Well it has been over thirty days and I have seen no money come my way.
This is a horrible scam that these people are running and it needs to stop. I urge everyone to complain to Ebay about this and hopefully we can get some money back and stop this company.
