RIPPED OFF

I ordered 3 dvd sets of the same show. It took 3 weeks but I received a email with a tracking number. Package arrived but only one set was inside. Since I suspected problems I had opened the package in front of my postman. He verified there was only one set in the package. I contacted my credit card company and was told to return the 1 set and file a charge back. I am still in the process of the charge back but I do have the websites telephone address. It is toll free if you would like to call them a couple thousand times since it only costs them. You can reach them at 1-877-797-7973. Call as much and as offen as you like. It is only an automation recording that will never call you back.
