I ordered a china teapot at a cost of $473.00. It arrived broken. I immediately called the store and was told to send the item back.
Since that time, I have contacted the store through email and phone approximately twice a month - for a total 0f 14 months. I have been told that Jeff is the only one that can resolve this issue - and he has not responded in any way.
I have noticed many complaints from this company on this site. It would be advisable for no customer to deal with this company.
