Caplan Duval 2000
Goods paid for but never received after almost two years

We were married in August 2007 and had a wedding gift list at Lucas Cadeaux at Ogilvy's in Montreal, Qubec. Caplan Duval acquired Lucas Cadeaux at Ogilvy's without our knowlege of it. Since then they have closed that location and our contact has now become Caplan Duval in Cote st-Luc.
The value of the wedding gift list is of 4000.00 dollars. With that money we bought St-Louis Crystalware that we have never received.
After numerous contacts in person, email and phone with the owner Jeff Isenberg we were promised several times over that we would receive our goods shortly. Jeff Isenberg never delivered.
We are now waiting for a court appearance which could take another two years. Meanwhile we were informed that Caplan Duval is now having a liquidation end of lease sale in one of his two locations.
We now realize that we are not alone in this situation after reading several other reports of equally of unsatisfied customers.
