A christmas without any gifts, used christmas money, for my 2 year old son & twins, promised card before christmas we had a sad christmas, *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back!

My husband got a call and they promised a credit card if we gave the 279, so i gave them the acount number to my daughters acount. They took the money out on Dec.3rd, we were told the card would be here on Dec.17th, then we didn't get it so they said 22nd, we got a bunch of papers, we called to see why it was not there, and they gave a story and hung up on my husband and me several times. We were told if we sent the papers back we would get our money back, we sent them back and nothing, they ruind my son's christmas, I t was his first christmas off of chemotherapy, and my daughters, the were born 18 weeks premiture, I couldn't even give thema good christmas, I want my money back!!!
