I ordered an item off this website in early november. Finally, the week before Christmas when I still hadn't received it, I started to call. I called for several days and always got an answering machine. I left several messages.

So two days before Christmas I put my phone on speaker and just keep hitting redial. The guy finally anwers after several attempts and tells me he just woke up. I give my name and explain the situation. Guy says "Yeah, it should probably go out tomorrow". I am furious. I said "I need the item by Christmas! I ordered it 6 weeks ago! ". Guy says "Well you never told me it was for Christmas. If you had I would have put a not on it and sent it to you earlier". I said "You never asked what it was for and anyway I shouldn't have to specify my reason for buying something. You're the retailer and I'm the consumer. End of story. I buy something and you send it to me. That's how it works." Then I tell him I want my credit card refunded. He says "No, I'm not going to refund your money just because you changed your mind". I then tell him that I didn't change my mind. I would still like to have the item, but I don't and therefore want my money back. He told me to check the shipping terms on his website. I hang up.

The shipping terms on the website state that all items will be shipped in 2-5 weeks. I tell him this when I call him back. He says "Ok, I'll refund your money." Then he says "Actually, I could probably send it out today. I'll be out that way." I tell him he'd have to overnight it in order for me to get it the next day, Christmas Eve. He says he will do this. I thank him and hang up.

Surprise! No package on Christmas Eve. On Christmas Day I tell my husband the whole story and why he doesn't have one of his gifts. We decide to try to call this guy again. Of course, no answer. Then I dial *67 before the number to make my call anonymous and he just happens to answer. With the phone on speaker, my husband and I take turns laying into him. This moron has nothing to say except "Maybe it got stuck in customs". We tell him again to refund our money. He told us he needs to check a tracking number and will get back to us. Today is the next day and I haven't heard from him yet...
