Halloween candy

Hi i was in food basic to day, Oct 23, 2011... and i saw that the price above a bin was 99 cents.. in the bin a an assortment of Halloween candy... and i grab a bunch thinking it was a deal... but i got to the cash and the price showed up as $3.49... i tolded the cashier that the price said 99cents... she saw the price it was right in front of her cash and then called for a price check... the guy came and turned the sign and said that was the price... then i got upset and said i wanted to talk to the manger.. the guy who checked the price ran to the manger and said something to him... the manger came and before i could finish tell him the story he cut me off and said he is not giving it to me for that price, that the price is $3.49, that someone turned the sign... i said i understand that someone turned the sign but the sign said 99 cent and that it is not my fault that someone turned the sign... i am pissed off and angry and may never shop at food basics again!!! my email is lovebird12@hotmail.com someone better contact me back regarding this situation!!!
