The Price Smarts!

I usually shop at Costco for bulk and Safeway for the odd items. Today I shopped at Price Smart and expected, as the name would suggest, smart prices. I smarted alright! Not only are they more EXPENSIVE than Safeway but they had the audacity to charge 5c for cheap plastic shopping bags! That was the epitome of a LOW class operation when they overcharge for food and fleece you for 5c for flimsy bags. Price Smart…you are a class operation. Unfortunately, it's all LOW!
