Ordered on December 4th. Got order information and tracking number. Nothing after 1 week. Called, and kept being put on hold. Called one week later, and was told phones would be delayed. Called courier Co. Dec 22 - told me tracking number was not valid. Called iPhonenow.ca back, they told me courier had not picked up yet. Is this what a reputable firm would do?
