I ordered an iphone on December 15th, and did not receive anything Port Coquitlam

On December 15th, 2007, I ordered an iPhone from iPhonenow.ca, after seeing their advertisement on the Shaw TV community pages. I received a purolator tracking number, so I waited. On January 8th, I phoned Purolator Courrier Ltd. after I noticed that the online tracking number told me there was no such tracking number in the system. They told me the tracking number was invalid. I then called the livehelp line from iPhonenow.ca, and they first gave me the excuse that they had cancelled the shipments, and then that they were in the process of moving into a new warehouse in delta, then a young chap by the name of Kelsey told me that they were waiting until they have enough orders to make it worthwhile to make a trip down to the United States to pick up the shipment, because it would not be worthwhile to file customs paperwork for just a few phones.

Then I grew suspicious. I googled the name, and the name Josh Trousdale came up, so I googled his name, and a bunch of other stuff came up, and I found out that he had changed his name from Scott Frederick Byers - the person responsible for the 2000 Playstation Scam.

So now I have put 2 and 2 together - I am a victim of fraud.
