Porolator
Non delivery

IMy dad shipped me something from Sudbury Ont to Casselman ont. I understand that it was delayed or held in Ottawa because of incorrect address. I called with the tracking number and verified the correct address and told I would receive it on the monday following that Friday. I accepted that and waited until noon and decided to check using the tracking number and behold it is still stuck in Ottawa. I did my part and when I looked up their number at the main depot for purolator in Ottawa, the number is not in service. I called purolator back just to find out that I was talking to someone in New Brunswick. AND, they told me that they are not even sure what is going on. Of course not. I am furious and I will do everything in my power to make sure that someone is held accountable for this. If anyone knows or has any way of assisting me please contact me at jedsbacknow@gmail.com
