Shoddy quality

Kal Tire had earned my business with their honest and friendly customer service. However, their quality of work is sub-par at best. I had my battery replaced a year ago by Kal Tire. It was a reasonable expense. Just recently, my car would not start. Kal Tire was too busy to look at my car. It was a blessing because I eventually had BCAA come to help and the service guy recommended Hyack Tire. The service guy from BCAA mentioned that the battery in my car was not the right match. After Hyack Tire fixed the problem, they also mentioned that the battery that Kal Tire had installed was actually too small. The battery had been placed on an extra sheet to get it sit up high enough. You get what you pay for. I will filing a formal complaint with Kal Tire.
