Horrible Unbelievable Service

I had called for this move over 1 month in advance. I asked all the questions, and even clarified if there were any hidden fees. I explained to the person who answered the phone my concern with my Home being brand new and that I need professionals.

That being said the day of my move, they were over 2 hours late (understandly there was an accident) when they arrived, they asked me "how much was i quoted" which alarmed me. I told them. He then said, I don't know what you wrere quoted, but here are the charges, and handed me a crumpled piece of paper which was there contract. Everythign was completely different. The reveiw posted earlier is 100% correct, these people are crooks.

They charged me a minium of 4 hours, and for 3 men, when I specifically asked for 2. They then charged me 1$/step without even seeing the home we were moving into. They then demanded payment up front.

When I questioned the pricing they said " I don't even want to do this anyway, so %$%#^& it we are leaving.

Obviously I had no choice but was terrified about the damage they would probably cause on the move seeing they had no ethics.

They were rough, careless, and even lost items. When I called the day after asking if they had seen the electrical cords to our flat screen, he says "yes, we threw outside your house as we were leaving"

These animals were paid for 4 hours, finished in 2 and couldn't have the decency to just knock on the door and hand the items in my hands.

I would clearly stay away from these people!!
