Professional Series Stove with convection oven

My mother in law asked me to post this complaint as she doesnt have a computer.

She bought her Professional Series Oven with convection oven last year and has had a continious problem with the burners turning on all by themselves. She has not had any good customer service about the problem from Future Shop this far and is forced to keep her breaker shut off at all times now. She as well says her new Frigidaire dishwasher has problems with the spinning mechanism coming off all of the time.
