Gunsmoke set, -all mixed up, parts of one episode ending with another, pics all broken up, words not with mouth

I bought the complete Gunsmoke set for $208.00. and it is the worst ripoff anyone could ever get. I have watched a lot of them from the first episode to the last episode. They are so mixed up, it will start with one episode, then a part of another episode, and end with the rest of the first episode. the pictures break up like its storming outside, the words are not with the mouth, some of them are taped off tvland. I could have done that, heck they would;ve been full episodes when I got ready to watch them. I emailed them several times, got a few promises, but never got any corrections or my money back.
