Icore
Husband owes money???

I have had the collection agency called ICore calling my house. Apparently it's for my husband. He had never been notified by any company of monies owing so the calls from a collection agency came as a complete surprise!

ICore has been calling my house everyday! Sometimes as much as 8 times a day! I keep telling them that my husband isn't home until after 8pm, however, I keep getting phone calls from them everyday. After many months of this, I have been getting very upset and keep telling them EVERY time they call that they are harassing me and my toddler twins at home, and that they have been told MANY times before to not call until 8pm.

I have been hung up on over 20 times! The most recent episode of which was when I asked to talk to a supervisor. They are rude. They harass you all day and sometimes into the evening...

Now, I as a person that works pt in the sales and customer service industry would like to know where these people get off? If I did this to any of my clients, they would take me to court! How is it that this company is in business and allowed to treat people this way? Are there not any laws to govern collection agencies such as ICore? My next step is going to be to the police.
