Selling bootleg DVD's

My son bought the first 6 seasons of Scrubs which he paid 165.00 US dollars for. We received the package on September 5th only to find that the first DVD started at episode 17 and was very poor quality. The other DVD's didn't work at all. After contacting the company online we were told that they would send a pre paid envelope in which to send these back for a refund. We have since found out via the web that this will probably never happen. We are not worried about the money, but would like these people to be caught and prosecuted. It is just a matter of principal.
