I do not recommend this company. I was quote on the phone that my move would be $200 but when they got to my new place, I was told it would come to $472. They were 2 hours and 15 minutes late. They also were not clear on charges and I asked them on the phone about extra charges since I was moving from Burlington to Toronto. It wasn't until I got to my new place, I got slammed with all these charges. I would have wanted to have been told upfront with my costs. I was charged 2 hours of travel and when I spoke to them over the phone, they told me that there was no extra charge for travel and that it was included with the labour costs.

I was also overcharged 1 hour for the labour costs.

I was not provided with a proper receipt.

My cover table was slightly damaged.

The movers were very unprofessional and the one mover kept insulting his co-worker and insulting the company.

My bed frame and mirror frame had to be disassembled and I expected them to reassemble it at the new place but I had to tell them to assemble it and they only did the one.

This company was unprofessional, dishonest and crooks. They do not do a good job at all.
