ANTHONY DE DEMKO REFUSES TO PAY SALARY

My name is Lady Diana Pxxx, i am a resident/citizen of the Republic of the Philippines.

Back in November 2008 i started working from home for the company i listed below. the terms of work employment were non contractual, and per need only. i started to work for the below company with no problems. as the owner had listed on his advertizement in craigslist, pay would be every two weeks. after two weeks of work, i received my first salary, that was exactly as to what the owner had advertized in terms of payment. we had not only verbally agreed to pay every two weeks, but also in writing as per his ad in craigslist. the problem is that althought i continued to work, continued to produce, i never received payment after the second week thereafter. instead the owner simple told me i would have to wait one month before i would receive my next salary. this was obviously not what we had originally agreed not only in writing but verbally and this was not in precedence with what he had previously done.

that is my big complaint, i never received my second salary as he refused to pay me, also he refused to abide by his word of paying every two weeks. i stopped working for him, and he never sent me the payment for the work i had already done.

i feel i was mistreated, cheated and my workers rights violated as i am a non canadian citizen. all i ask is to file a formal complaint, and to receive the last salary which is owed to me for three full weeks of work in the amount of $9750 Philipino PESO
