False claims, refusing to pay unless I sign certain documents, fired unlawfully, threats lawsuits

Hi,

I am writing to report that you do not conduct business with this company at any cost. they have already cost one company of up to half a million dollars and are likely to do it again and again.

Plastic Mobile Agency released me after 4 months of work under false reasons.
- Suggesting that i did not finish work in a timely manner
- i finished my work before people who had 2 weeks head start. For weeks on end i would do 24 hour shifts and for weeks on end i would hardly get 4 hours of sleep to keep to their impossible deadlines.

- Did not show up to work without prior notice.
- i have recorded invoices stating they had paid me for the days. any days i did not work, was requested.

- software was not up to industry standard
- the client had made comments about my excellent work and requested me on site to discuss how to improve the application further.

- production of poor quality software
- as above

They refused to pay me my last months salary unless i signed an agreement stating that i could not work for any competitors. Anyone who does software development in the mobile industry is considered a competitor. I would not be able to ever work again if i signed this. This is the lowest form of blackmail...

As stated in my employment agreement i am entitled to 15 days of pay from the termination date. They are refusing to pay this as well. I am currently going through a lawyer to obtain all funds owed. On requesting this they are filing a lawsuit against me to say that i caused them loss of business just so i do not try to obtain money owed to me.

There are several issues with their clients that i do not have detailed knowledge about. The clients have ceased relationships with them because of their untrustworthy business ethics.

Up on knowing them further on a personal level they disclosed to me some credit card fraud they participate in on a regular basis. (organizing lavish parties, paying for everything, then loosing their card and claiming it was stolen among other fraudulent activities).

Sep Seyedi, Melody Adhami, and Casper Larski are the three main people who run this company. Be very wary of doing business with plastic mobile, SSX Innovation, or any of these individuals.
