Non payment of work and postponeing saying it was sent

My name is Caio Ferreira at first i stared working for this employer he paid me by the hour the first week. The secound week he gave me a check that wasn't what i thought was just payment for my work. When i asked him he sais i pay by production the following week i got tired of him letting me do all the work and did't feel hope to work there I left but i was owed payment I should of receives 16 hours X$20 which has been I left on July 19 2011 was the last day i worked and i received no payment and did not get vacation pay or my record of employment I was told by an employee there who needs work to please not leave everyone only last a few days there, and he doesn't want to work by himself he complained to me there is to much work to do please stay This is the kind of people Crow likes needy that will let the emp0loyer pay whatever he wants to pay or not pay at all. when there was an agreement of what he would pay.
