CYDCOR - Do NOT work with this company!!!

I worked with an office in Cydcor for a very long time... I made it all the way up. Let me tell you some things - do not get sucked into this organization. The fact of the matter is that you will be going out door to door, selling Rogers home phone, working on commission only, paying for ALL of your expenses (travel, car, gas, subway, food etc). Not only that, sure you may be good at sales and make money - what they don't tell you is that you will only recieve half of your paycheck because Rogers has payment issues - orders will get cancelled, rejected or not installed. I have never seen any rep make over $400 on this campaign - even if they sold a lot more. It is such a rip-off. Then, when you advance and become a "leader", you continue selling, but now you also have to split all your commissions and sales while youre training other reps in the field to do the sales. This is the only business I know where you actually DO NOT get paid more as you advance - you actually LOOSE money - because youre going out with a team to sell and splitting all your sales as you train them.
Then you become an "owner" - sure the title sounds great - and you make some money - unfortunately, all of it goes to expenses. The owners all talk a big game - but look at them closely. NONE of them look like they make thousands a week. I own better quality clothes than some of them!!! Ask Michell Smith to see her car!! What a frickin joke - look at her tattered shoes!!! Michell Smith is the BIGGEST con artist I have ever met - she is the owner of I.C.E. Inc - DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING SHE TELLS YOU!!! She will say anything to get you to work in the business - to go out in the freezing weather, walking door to door like a poor peddler, begging people to take a Rogers home phone to make your lousy $35 commission which will probably be rejected anyways. They are all shady, the work is degrading, long hours, Zero benefits, no bonuses, no salary - it sucks. Anyone can go out and get a job with a salary and commissions, small benefits and be able to work in a nice, warm office, with decent hours. These guys will murder you. RUN AWAY from all Cydcor offices - especially ICE and Michelle Smith - she is a spiteful, lying woman!!
Do not take a pathetic street job believing the dream they feed you that one day you will have offices and new campaigns and make thousands a week - I lived it - I experienced it and I saw NONE of it - so don't waste your time - do not work in any Cydcor office.
