Cydcor, I.C.E., Bluerock Media Ripoff Take a Stand against their fraud, deception, false advertising and abuse of trust NOW!! Toronto

Firstly, Cydcor has a lot of offices throughout North America that go by different names for unknown purposes. My experience with Cydcor was through I.C.E. Inc (Infinite Cynergy Enterprises Inc) who is owned by Michelle Smith. She shares an office space with Chris Garden, who owns another Cydcor company, BlueRock Media Inc.

I was an assistant manager at Michelle Smith's office (I.C.E. Inc.). I am no longer with this company due to all the fraud and deception involved with it. As of August 2005, they have been on a campaign with Direct Energy.

Michelle Smith's fiancee, Raivo Hanemann, works as the Corporate Trainer of I.C.E. Inc. Myself and other people in that office were approached by Raivo Hanemann and taught the 'tips and tricks of the trade.' We were told to falsify applications by creating imaginary people, submit our applications, and cancel them before 15 days so that our client does not contact those people.

As I did data entry and application submission for the office as the assistant manager, I became aware that a large multitude of the people that worked there had falsified applications.

I, as well as others, are thoroughly disgusted by the amount of fraud that takes place within I.C.E. Inc. Although I did not do the data entry or application submission for another office that shares her office space (BlueRock Media Inc - Chris Garden), a few people that work there have approached be about the fraud that takes place there as well.

Seeing as Michelle Smith, Raivo Hanemann, and Chris Garden have been best friends for over 12 years (they are open about it), it is not a far stretch to assume that much.

Fraud is not the only concern I have with this company, however. I have seen too many people being shattered by this company.

Firstly, their recruiting ads are illegal as they do not reflect the true monetary compensation they actually receive. Michelle Smith herself admitted this to me but told me it was OK as it was the only way they would get people to come in for interviews. Ads would claim people on average make $600 to $1000 a week, whereas in reality, the 'Top 20 Agents in the Country' list doesn't even make it in that range some weeks. Some make $0.

If questions about the nature of our work are asked when people call in to ask for interviews, we are instructed to sidestep every question and tell them the managers have reviewed their resume and would like to meet with them for an interview in person. We were instructed to lie.

After more lies and arranging for them to come for a second 8-hour interview where they follow you door to door, they have a third interview where we try to 'fear of loss' people into accepting the job. Everyone gets called backed and offered a job. The interview is to 'close' the applicants.

Working there for six months, there were only two or three weeks where my paychecks were actually ready on the date that they were promised. All the incentive pays for hitting targets or winning 'competitions' had to be relently asked for before compensation was given. They still owe me money to this day.

Enough is enough.

It is time to take a stand. Myself, other people who was deceived to work for Cydcor, including various ex-'owners' at Cydcor, as well as others are taking legal action to criminally charge Michelle Smith and Raivo Hanemann. We will take action against Cydcor as a whole as well, and hope to eradicate the monstrousity which plagues the youth of North America.
