A couple weeks ago I also had a withdrawal from my bank account from Cutter Recovery. I quickly found this companies info on the internet and called them. I left 5 messages before I got a call back. I had to threaten them with legal action (and use some not so polite language) to which one of thier staff called me and tried to give me a hard time for being "rude and angry and threatening them" I quickly let the lady know my stance on this and that I was marching down to the bank to reverse the withdrawal.

After she reassured me over and over, that once they took this money, the payday loaner was 100% taken care of I would get a receipt in the mail. That receipt was supposed to be in my mailbox on August 29, 2006. Well today is Sept 8 and no receipt. I have been trying to call them and now they will not return my calls.

Is there any way to get that charge reversed/cancelled now?

This is the biggest scam I have ever been involved in and this company is a first class RIP OFF
