Ripoff brokerage invoice Winnipeg

I recieved an invoice from a company idenifing the charges to be a brokerage fee for a cell phone i recently purchased. It was attached to the package when it arrived. At the time I didnt think it was legitimate as i had payed the amount including taxes and all shipping charges. I am being pursued by a CGC collection group and threatening legal action be commenced to enforce the full satisfaction of this debt (totaling $ 56.73). I believe I aquired this charge for having them handle my parcel enclosing the cell phone i purchaced from the internet for $136.89. I have tried paying by visa on the internet adress provided to me: payment-can.pbb.com but have had the page not come up. I am slightly worried about putting my cc number out in the first place but when it does come up i decied to place this report. I will contact the collection group directly to have the legitimacy of the charges investigated. Any one please conytact me if you have any information regarding my charges. I looked up the comany on a web search in hopes that i could find an alternate page to pay by but only found commercial pages for investors or global income planning. I am confused but the collection file opened on me is casing me enough problems to take action. this can no longer be ignored
