Ripoff Got an invoice for a service I did not receive

Received a call back in September of 03 for a 6 month virtual listing/profile. I have tried and tried to get to the web site but after this long I have given up! If I can't get to the web site to edit the profile there is not much sence in having the listing. They have sent numerous letters stating that they will be sending the invoice to collections. Well I have no problem with paying the invoice as long as I get the service that goes with it.
