Virtual listing scam Ripoff

A Richard Bradly has been contacting both our branch office and our accounting department with demands that an unpaid invoice be paid immediately. The invoice, in the amount of $429.99, is supposedly for a "12 month virtual listing". The problem is that no one in our company requested this "service". Repeated requests that a contract being supplied to us have been met with "I can't send it".

Now he is telling our accounting department that he has a recording (presumably of the order being placed - but he won't say what is on the recording) and that we need to pay. The only recording we are aware of (not that he has played it back for us) is the conversation he had with our branch manager in which he was repeatedly told we did not order any "virtual listing" and that we wanted to see a copy of the supposed contract (which he won't provide). A little research on this and other sites (BBB, for example) reveals numerous examples of their scam.
