Virtual listing scam

The previous reports on this company clearly explain the process being tried on our company as well.
We were contacted several months ago being asked if we wanted to continue our listing. We replied 'No, and we're not aware of any listing'
A couple months later we were contacted again, confirmed we had no intention of either continuing with a listing or renewing a listing, and that we were not aware of any listing.

At this time we were advised we would be billed the $429.99 for the previous years listing. The caller asked for a purchase order number and wanted confirmation of payment method. No PO was given and the caller was told they could mail an invoice if they chose, but to be sure to include back up for the invoice.

Moments later, a second man calls to confirm the mailing address, asks for a PO number, and wants to verify method of payment. He used the scare tactic of mentioning the call is being recorded.

In any case, our company will not be paying into this scam and we have advised Executive Solutions of that. Their latest threat to our Acct Payable department is 'they will see us in court'.
