Noram Business Group Membership fee

I received an invoice in the mail with a username and password and an invoice for a membership fee of $787.45. I did not sign up for this and had never heard of this company until I received the invoice. I called the toll free number and left a message someone to call me but haven't heard back from them. I'm will not be paying this invoice.
