They advertise several TV boxsets, but you dont get your orders

They advertised several tv show boxsets. They sold several. I bought two. They claim to have sent one of the items I ordered. But I never got it and was never sent the other. The claim they are going to help all those who didnt receive their orders, all you had to do was email them. I did. I have not heard from them or got my refund.
