They sold me very, very bad copies of the Carol Burnett Show DVD collection

This company's products are crap!!! I wish they would have lost my order and refunded my money. The quality of the dvds ars sooo bad you can't watch it. I ordered the Carol Burnett Show for a Christmas present and I am so embarrassed that I gave these to someone. They look like someone video taped them with a camcorder while watching them on their TV. They are nothing more than very bad copies. They are fake!! I have sent an email asking for a refund and I have not received a response yet. Today, when I went to their web site it says they are no longer taking orders. Hopefully enough people have complained to get them shut down. If I don't hear back from them soon I will ask my bank to do a charge back and report them as fraud.
