Charge my card for Carol Burnett Collection but they never sent me it Toronto

On Nov 15 I was charged $69.99 for the Carol Burnett Collection. I never recieved it when they said I was suppose to. So I Google searched it and found out the company was fraud. I had sent two emails in and I never recieved a response on to where my order was.
I called my Chase Charge Card on which I charged it. And they were going to reverse the charges and give me a credit on my card.
