I would highly highly highly recommend re thinking your decision living in this building. There is an on going pest issue specifically cockroaches, Finally once you get someone to treat your apartment, the treatment only lasts 3 weeks max. So yes they have to keep coming back to treat an ongoing issue. Please spend the extra $$ with a place you can feel safe and stable in. No one should live in fear and anxiety and disgust because of an on going cockroach issue.
