Theft, infested with cockroach and management stinks

This apartment building is infested with cockroaches and they do nothing about it they come and they spray, then more cockroaches comes out... Every year there is atleast 2-3 break in to your homes and 6 vandalize, theft in their garage. Not only that management stinks!!! My advise to everyone planning to check out this building, when you see an apartment check out all drawers in the kitchen, every floor bcuz their floor is hazards.
