COCKROACHES & BAD MAINTENANCE

Cockroaches, bed bugs, and bad maintenance! Ongoing problem. Moved in Oct/2011, noticed Nov/2011, still having problems with all three Sept/2012. The bathroom ceiling collapsed on my grandmother! I found out after this happened that the original ceiling had been tiled over to hide extensive water damage. Cockroaches are lining the hallways, and bed bugs are creeping through the entire building. They don't even care if it's night or day anymore! Did some research and found this to be an ongoing problem that dates back to 2007! Friends and family stopped visiting a long time ago, not wanting to bring any pests to their own homes! I moved out after finding bites on my newborn daughter, and am still paying rent because they won't allow tenants out of the lease early! This is ridiculous and if anybody wants my statement for court, feel free to contact me. I have contacted my MP and will be taking this issue to the Tribunal. If anyone would like to submit a statement, also feel free.
