Hello!

I have been living in one of the buildings managed by Terracorp Management for two years and find it terrible that people take the time to soil the reputation of these hard working individuals because of a bad experience. In the short time I have lived at 1299 Huron, the building manager and the administrative staff above him has been a pleasure to interact with. The apartment itself is in great condition for an older property and the rent is very reasonable. The building manager is quick to respond to tenants needs - whether mine or any of my friendly neighbors. It is a great community we have here.

I understand some tenants may have had issues in the past but rest assured these were like isolated incidents and Terracorp and its people have reacted accordingly.
