Water infiltration to the unit

We bought a unit at Quartier Greenwich and moved in in November 2018 to unit 154 at Mason Ave in Pointe Claire. Unfortunately we have a leakage from flat roof for a number of weeks and the Sotramont service department so far didn't take action to help us. Every time its raining day we have a flood in our unit. Very bad service after we bought the unit, and also the grass they put down in and didnt water was DEAD, and we had to take care by yourself to plant the grass seed, all plants are DEAD and ROTTING for weeks its horrible...
