''NO see, NO hear, NO TALK'' about Toronto Public Library mischief & unaccountability

Same as so many big fish in the tank, the publicly listed office phone number of our Toronto City Librarian seems mainly for a fake display of openness & being accessible by members of the public who need to speak with our City Librarian.

After over 100s of calls & multiple voice messages left with no respond, eventually a seemingly assistant named Christine (if I remember correctly) of this Toronto City Librarian office answered my call. Although Christine did confirm that her office is indeed the proper place to hear complaints involving Toronto Public Library Branch Operations & Customer Experience Director Mohammed Hosseini-Ara who had been ignoring my multiple voice & written complaints about Jane/Sheppard & Yorkwoods Libraries for weeks. Director Mohammed Hosseini-Ara also did not respond to my email request for contact information of his supervisor for over 2 weeks.

Instead of proceeding to a formal complaint protocol, Christine said to me that Director Mohammed Hosseini-Ara '' is a very busy person... that we need him & he is very important to us...'' etc.

I feel that this is yet another mutual covering up & mutual protecting tactics top management personnel have been exhibiting in my years of dealings with the Toronto Public Library. This time it is directly from the top office of our Toronto Public Library bureaucracy

Torontonians fund this Toronto Public Library bureaucracy with our hard earned money & put lots of its employees into the sunshine list, yet, it is quite untouchable with whatever Ombudsman office, Mayor's
Office, Integrity Commissioner, City Manager, City Hall, our elected city councillors, & so on in this City of Toronto. Not even the Ontario Ministry of Culture, Tourism & Sports, Ontario Library Association, Canadian Library Association, Canadian Civic Liberty Association, mainstream & non-mainstream mass media & so many more so-called ''watchdogs'' in our supposedly democratic & accountability valued nation all play a ''no see, no hear & no talk'' regarding my bringing to their attentions questionable practices & my over 16 years negative experiences & encounters with Toronto Public Library!

Shame on Toronto Public Library & MORE SHAME TO OUR VERY SUPERFICIAL ACCOUNTABILITY (MORE THE LACK OF IT!!) WITH THE CITY OF TORONTO!
