Provides partial payment of "winning amount", but you pay taxes thru western union or moneygram

Horn Halifax answers his phone at (647) 29-1177 and confirms that I have the "winning lottery" claim numbers. Funny, but I never entered or purchase lottary tickets! He sends a check, from Wells Fargo for about $5000 to cover the taxes of the $150, 000 winnings.

After I deposit the check he stated he would provide instructions on who to make out the $4, 000 check to cover the taxes. I asked him who this check would be made out to but he would not tell me until after I deposited the bogus check. Obvious scam, sounded Nigerian over the phone.
