The Clearing House North American Lottery, Inc Said I won $100, 000 US dollars sent check for $4800 to cover taxes check was from Elizabeth Electric Supply Co. Inc in Elizabeth PA

I received a letter in the mail stating that I had won $100, 000 US dollars. Enclosed was a check made out to me from Elizabeth Electric Supply Co, Inc. for $4, 800.00.

In the letter it stated that this was to cover $3, 800.00 in Government taxes. It said the amount was to be paid either by Moneygram or Western Union. It also stated that when the winning is processed I would receive a final check in lump (some - their spelling) sum payment of $95, 200.00 and would be delivered by FedEx or UPS and to call my Claim Agent Mr. Joseph Abugo at 1-289-892-0002 within 5 business days.

I called this Joseph Abugo to find out if this was for real and he said that it was. That I just needed to deposit this check wait until the check cleared, get cash and then call him back and he would tell me what to do next and how to pay the taxes.
