Terry Eger of 1052 McKenzie lake drive SE targets young men on the internet and has them come to see his "room for rent"

He lines up several people for the same two day stretch, tells them they can't move in right away but that he needs a deposit to hold the room for them. He usually asks for $100 or $200.

Then as soon as he has the deposits from everyone he disconnects his phone number and refuses to allow you to move in and refuses the refund.

Terry Eger has refused multiple attempts at resolving this matter with myself and the other person I know was taken advantage of by him as well. Calgary has many good landlords, unfortunately Terry Eger is not one of them. Potential renters beware of this guy and his scam!
