Sending False Notices to our home

This letter arived for us saying they will be moving a 83.85 charge to a credit agency if we don't pay them. On contact the number they gave us doesn't exist. We did not recieve these items they are saying were sent and they share no person to person contact therefore we will not pay these charges.
